How We Ship

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We ship to all 50 US states, with select international destinations available on request.

Order processing 1–3 business days after payment confirmed
US standard shipping 3–7 business days from ship date
US expedited shipping 2–3 business days from ship date
International shipping 7–21 business days (contact us to confirm destination)
Tracking notification Sent by email once order ships

Returns

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on unused, uninstalled hair within 7–14 days of delivery. Hair must be in its original condition — untied, uncut, and unaltered.

Exchanges

Exchanges & Store Credit

We offer exchanges for a different length, texture, or product when the original item is returned unused and in original condition within the return window.

To request an exchange, email info@sinkorbeauty.com with your order number and the item you'd like instead.
Order Cancellation

Canceling an Order

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that window, our team has typically begun preparing your order.
