Texture Variation Disclaimer
Because all hair extensions are made from natural human hair, slight variations in texture, color, and pattern may occur. No two bundles are identical — just as no two people's natural hair is identical. These natural variations are a sign of authenticity, not a defect.
Natural Hair Smell Disclaimer
Natural human hair may have a mild natural scent when first received. This is completely normal and not an indication of a quality problem. The scent will dissipate after the first wash. We recommend washing your hair before installation.
Lace Handling Disclaimer
Lace closures and frontals require careful handling. Always cut lace with sharp scissors along the hairline — never tear. Do not bleach lace knots without experience, as over-bleaching will damage lace and cause knots to become visible or fall out. When in doubt, visit a professional stylist. Damaged or cut lace is not eligible for return.
Lifespan Disclaimer
Hair lifespan estimates (1–3+ years) are based on proper care and maintenance. Results vary based on frequency of use, heat styling, chemical processing, and individual care routines. Sinkor Hair cannot guarantee specific lifespan in all circumstances.
