Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
1–3 business days processing on all orders before shipment.
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 3 PM ET begin processing same day.
You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
A fulfillment notification with tracking is sent once your order ships.

Once your order ships, tracking information is sent to the email address on your order. Use the link in that email to follow your package in real time.

High-Value Orders
Signature Requirements
For orders over $300, Sinkor Hair reserves the right to require a signature upon delivery to protect your purchase.
Orders over $300 may require an adult signature at delivery.
Sinkor Hair is not responsible for packages marked delivered but reported missing — please contact your carrier immediately and file a claim with USPS or UPS.
We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
