Cancellation Window
12-Hour Window
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, our fulfillment team has already begun preparing your order and cancellations cannot be accepted.
Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of the original purchase time.
To cancel, email info@sinkorbeauty.com with your order number and the subject line "Cancel Order".
If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations requested after 12 hours cannot be honored, regardless of shipping status.
Act fast: If you need to cancel, don't wait. Email us immediately at info@sinkorbeauty.com with your order number. We cannot guarantee cancellation even within the window if processing has already begun.
Non-Cancelable Orders
When Orders Cannot Be Canceled
Certain order types cannot be canceled once placed due to the nature of the product or the stage of fulfillment. This includes custom and pre-order items.
Custom or customized orders — once customization has begun, the order cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
Orders already in processing — if our team has begun pulling or preparing your items, the order is locked.
Orders already shipped — once a tracking number has been assigned, cancellation is no longer possible. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy instead.
Pre-orders — cancellation of pre-orders is subject to the terms in our Pre-Order Policy. Review that page before placing a pre-order.
Order Errors
Wrong Size or Address?
If you entered an incorrect shipping address or selected the wrong item, contact us immediately. We'll do our best to correct it before the order ships — but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.
Contact us within 1 hour of purchase for the best chance of correcting address or item errors.
Sinkor Hair is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer at checkout.
