Refunds are issued for approved returns that meet our eligibility requirements, cancelled orders within the 12-hour window, and items reported damaged or incorrect within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Refundable Items
When Refunds Are Not Issued
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items and circumstances are not eligible for refunds.
Hair that has been installed, brushed, dyed, or altered in any way.
Lace that has been cut on wigs or frontals.
Final sale items — items marked "Final Sale" or promotional bundles.
Items returned after the 14-day return window.
Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable.
All Sales Are Final After Installation: Once hair has been installed by any method — sewing, gluing, bonding, or any other technique — all sales are final and no refund will be issued.
Bank Processing
How Long Until It Appears on My Card?
Once we issue a refund, it takes 2–5 additional business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer. This timeframe is determined by your financial institution and is outside of our control.
Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed from our side.
Then allow an additional 2–5 business days for your bank to post it to your account.
If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, contact your bank first, then reach out to us.
