Return & Refund Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all hair extensions, wigs, closures, and frontals must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Any hair that has been installed, brushed, dyed, or altered cannot be returned.

Return Eligibility

Return Requirements

We accept returns within 7–14 days of delivery for items meeting our strict hygiene requirements. Because all products are made from human hair, we must enforce these standards to protect every customer.

Final Sale Items: Items marked "Final Sale," promotional bundles, and discounted clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
Return Window

When to Return

Returns must be initiated within 7–14 days of your confirmed delivery date. We cannot accept returns requested outside this window.

Exchange Process

How to Exchange

We're happy to exchange eligible items for a different length, texture, or product. Follow these steps to start your exchange.

  1. Contact us at info@sinkorbeauty.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange.
  2. Wait for your return authorization. Do not ship items back without approval — unauthorized returns will be refused.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll ship your exchange item within 3–5 business days.
Exchange Tip: If the item you want is limited in stock, we recommend placing a new order for the replacement item while initiating your return — this ensures you don't miss out.
Refunds

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Processing Note: Bank processing times vary. Once we issue your refund, it may take 2–5 additional business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.
