Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all hair extensions, wigs, closures, and frontals must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Any hair that has been installed, brushed, dyed, or altered cannot be returned.

Return Requirements
We accept returns within 7–14 days of delivery for items meeting our strict hygiene requirements. Because all products are made from human hair, we must enforce these standards to protect every customer.
Hair must be unused and uninstalled — never worn, applied, or sewn in.
Hair must be unwashed and unaltered — no cutting, dyeing, bleaching, or heat styling.
Hair must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Lace cannot be cut. Wigs or frontals with cut lace are final sale and cannot be returned.
Bundles cannot be untied. Bundles removed from their original ties or folded differently are not eligible for return.
No refunds after installation. Once hair has been installed by any method, all sales are final.
Final Sale Items: Items marked "Final Sale," promotional bundles, and discounted clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

We're happy to exchange eligible items for a different length, texture, or product. Follow these steps to start your exchange.

Wait for your return authorization. Do not ship items back without approval — unauthorized returns will be refused.
Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll ship your exchange item within 3–5 business days.
Exchange Tip: If the item you want is limited in stock, we recommend placing a new order for the replacement item while initiating your return — this ensures you don't miss out.
