Part 1: Professional Dress Code
All employees represent Sinkor Beauty Salon. Appearance should be professional, clean, and appropriate for a beauty and wellness environment. The following standards apply:

Management reserves the right to ask an employee to go home and change if their attire does not meet these standards. Time spent changing is not compensated.
Part 2: Social Media Policy
Sinkor Beauty Salon supports employees' personal social media use, with the following expectations:
- Represent the Salon positively. Posts, comments, or images that reflect poorly on Sinkor Beauty may result in disciplinary action.
- Client confidentiality. Do not post before-and-after photos, client names, or identifiable client information without written client consent.
- No disparagement. Do not make negative public statements about the Salon, management, or colleagues on social media.
- Personal vs. professional accounts. Clearly distinguish between personal opinions and those of the Salon.
- Tagging and tagging. When tagging the Salon in content, ensure it reflects positively on our brand. Management may request removal of content.
- Use of Salon images. Do not republish Salon marketing materials, photos, or graphics without written permission.
Violations of this policy may result in written warning, suspension, or termination depending on severity.
