Terms & Conditions
- Scheduling: Employee service appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and confirmed during non-peak hours when possible.
- No stacking: Employee discounts cannot be combined with promotional offers, coupons, or referral credits.
- Retail limit: Monthly retail discount is capped at _____ dollars per month. Excludes bundles and promotional kits.
- Non-transferable: Employee discounts apply only to the employee named on this form. Family and friends must pay regular prices.
- Blackout dates: Employee discounts may not apply during holiday periods, bridal season, and special event weekends. Management will give 2 weeks' notice of blackout periods.
- Tax implications: Employee discounts on services exceeding $___ per year may be added to your Form W-2 as a taxable benefit per IRS guidelines. You will be notified if this applies.
Eligibility & Maintenance
- Discount eligibility begins on the first day of active employment and ends on the last day of employment.
- Discounts are suspended during any unpaid leave or suspension period.
- Misuse of employee discounts (including giving discounts to non-eligible persons) is a policy violation and may result in disciplinary action.
Policy Updates: Sinkor Beauty Salon reserves the right to modify discount rates and terms with 30 days' written notice. Current benefits will be communicated via email and posted in the break room.
