Sinkor Beauty Salon

This Independent Contractor Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Sinkor Beauty Salon ("Salon" or "Company") and _______________________________ ("Contractor"). The Contractor agrees to provide beauty and wellness services as an independent contractor and not as an employee.

The Contractor agrees to provide the following services at the Salon or at designated locations:

Contractor acknowledges that they are responsible for their own taxes and will receive a Form 1099-NEC at year end if compensation exceeds $600.

Contractor is an independent contractor and not an employee of the Salon. The Salon will not withhold taxes, provide benefits, or offer worker compensation coverage. Contractor has the right to set their own schedule (subject to Salon availability) and use their own methods to perform services.

The Salon provides workspace, product, and basic equipment. Contractor may use their own tools and supplies provided they meet Salon standards. Contractor is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of their work station.

During and after the term of this Agreement, Contractor agrees to: (a) keep all client information, pricing, and business practices confidential; (b) not solicit Salon clients for personal business or competing salons within a 10-mile radius during the contract term and for 6 months after; (c) not disparage the Salon publicly. Violation of this clause constitutes material breach.

Either party may terminate this Agreement with 14 days written notice. The Salon may terminate immediately for cause (theft, misconduct, policy violations). Upon termination, Contractor will remove personal property within 3 business days.

Contractor agrees to maintain all required state licenses and certifications throughout the contract term. Contractor will comply with all Salon policies, professional standards, and applicable Delaware beauty regulations.
