Sinkor Beauty Salon

During employment or engagement with Sinkor Beauty Salon, the Employee/Contractor ("Party") may have access to confidential and proprietary information. This includes but is not limited to:

• Client information: Names, contact details, service history, preferences, payment information, and health notes.
• Business operations: Pricing structures, marketing strategies, supplier contacts, vendor agreements, and financial data.
• Proprietary methods: Service techniques, product formulas, business processes, and operational systems.
• Digital assets: Social media accounts, website content, client booking system data, and email lists.

The Party agrees to hold all confidential information in strict confidence and not to disclose, copy, or use it outside of their authorized duties at the Salon.

During the term of employment/contract and for 6 months after separation, the Party agrees not to directly or indirectly solicit or serve current clients of the Salon, using the relationships built during their engagement with the Salon for competitive purposes. This applies to clients the Party served or learned about while employed.

During the term of engagement and for 3 months after separation, the Party agrees not to operate, work at, or hold an ownership interest in a competing salon or beauty service business within a 10-mile radius of Sinkor Beauty's physical location. This provision is subject to applicable Delaware state law.

Upon separation, the Party agrees to return all Salon property, including but not limited to: client files, business documents, access credentials, keys, equipment, and any copies of confidential information — in any format.

Violation of this Agreement may result in legal action, including injunctive relief and damages. The Salon reserves the right to seek attorney's fees and other costs associated with enforcement.
