Commission Structure
The following commission rates apply to all services and retail sales performed by the Employee at Sinkor Beauty Salon:

Pay Schedule & Details
Commission is calculated on gross service revenue collected (after cancellations and voids). Payment is issued bi-weekly via direct deposit. Tips collected by the employee are retained by the employee and are not subject to commission split.
- Minimum appointment threshold: Employee must complete a minimum of _____ appointments per week to maintain commission tier.
- New client bonus: _____ bonus per new client retained after 90 days.
- Performance review: Commission tier is reviewed every 90 days based on client retention and service revenue.
Service Pricing & Policy
- Employee must follow Salon's published price list. No unofficial discounting without management approval.
- Employee may not retain cash payments outside the Salon point-of-sale system.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment may affect commission for that period.
- Employee must document all services in the booking system at time of completion.
Note: Commission rates are subject to periodic review. The Salon will provide 30 days' written notice before making changes to the commission structure.
